We start with the bread. A classic submarine sandwich roll must offer a balance of texture, taste, density, soft and light, with substance enough to maintain the integrity of the finished product. After the bread, we add quality deli meats, freshly sliced to order, thin to maximize the flavor profile then customize with fresh ingredients and toppings. We prepare and cook all of our beef, pork and chicken in house and make all of our soups from scratch. In addition, we offer fresh signature salads.
